At Atelier Beside the Sea, we want you to be completely delighted with your artisan home decor. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Secure the Artisan Goods

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our studio undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
